Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore experiences of stress, anxiety, or low mood connected to body image, eating patterns, weight stigma, or self-worth. Sessions are 50 minutes and typically focus on understanding—and shifting—your experiences, thoughts, and emotions around food and your body, and their influence on your daily life and relationships. I also support clients with a range of other issues as they arise.

Finding the right therapist is a deeply personal process—I look forward to connecting to see if we’re a good fit.

Eating Disorder Assessments

An eating disorder assessment offers a starting point for understanding what’s happening in your relationship with food. This process is different from therapy — it’s designed for people experiencing more severe concerns, or for those who aren’t sure whether what they’re struggling with might be an eating disorder. These sessions are 75 minutes and additional time may be needed depending on the complexity of your symptoms.

During the assessment, we take time to explore your experiences in a thorough and compassionate way. Together, we look at emotional patterns, eating behaviors, and physical health, using clinical tools to get a clear picture of what you’re facing. We will also determine what type of treatment will best meet your needs—whether that means therapy with me or connecting to a higher level of care.
